Self-Care

Sometimes at Menergy, personal issues can arise. There is also the possibility to be emotionally triggered by what we experience or hear. At Menergy no-one knows what other men will share. The sharing, or the listening, might trigger strong emotions. Sometimes it can be tough to know what to do in these emotions. If your Tribal Group Facilitator isn’t handy, we also offer Emotional Support People (a.k.a. Extra Sensitive People :-) These men are experienced, compassionate, and have volunteered to spend time for any man worried that the train might be veering off the tracks. These men will be wearing hi-viz vests during the weekend. You can approach an ESP at any time or approach any member of the Leadership Circle to help you find an ESP.

First Aid

First Aid Officers will be introduced during opening night orientation. The First Aid Room is located in Cabin 17, the first cabin next to the Stadium. A radio is located in the First Aid Room. This is to be used to call the First Aid Duty Officer, who will be carrying a radio. All members of the Leadership Circle also carry radios and are able to call the First Aid Officer to you.

Leaving Early

If you leave Menergy early, you must tell your Tribal Group Facilitator or we will send out a search party!
