We suggest you pack your things when you wake on Sunday morning - you will have limited opportunities later in the day!
We ask all men to participate in the site pack-up after lunch on Sunday. Many hands DO make light work, and this shouldn’t take us longer than an hour leading up to the Closing Ceremony. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Throughout Sunday, we encourage you to notice how you’re feeling. If you notice yourself “checking out” early, stay in the moment, and practice self-care.
If you feel something is not right and needs to be fixed, come and see one of the committee men. We are doing our best to create a great event for every man, but we accept we may not always get things completely right. We would like the chance to address any issues as they arise. We appreciate it when you respectfully share concerns or issues with us. We will do what is possible to address genuine matters of concern.
